TROUBLESHOOTING

IF YOU DISCOVER THAT YOUR APPLIANCE HAS UNUSUAL SYMPTOMS PLEASE CHECK THE

FOLLOWING FIRST :

PROBLÈMES

There is a thundering noise

Lack of water (h) indicator is

activated but water level is right

Failure (i) indicator is activated

Compressor works but no ice is

produced

Ice cannot be pulled off

Ice maker stops during ice mak-

ing process

Bips can be heard and lack of

water (h) indicator is activated

Bips can be heard and ice tank

full (g) indicator is activated

CAUSES POSSIBLES

The voltage is lower than the

required one

Water pump is damaged

There is remaining ice in ice

making chamber (6)

There is stucked cubes in ice

making chamber (6)

the shovel is shifted

Other

Refrigerant is leaked

Electromagnetic valve is leaked

Electromagnetic valve is damaged

Power cord is damaged

Temperature is too high

Water level is too low

Ice tank is full

SUGGESTIONS DE SOLUTIONS

Turn off the ice maker and restart when the

voltage is normal

Contact a qualified electrician

Remove the ice and start again the ice maker

Stop the ice maker and remove the stucked

cubes

Stop the ice maker, re-place the shovel and

start again the ice maker

Contact a qualified electrician

Stop ice maker and restart one hour later

Fill with clean drinking water

Remove ice cubes
